1. Room is unhygienic, no dental kit is available. 2. They charged 4. 8 k for lunch/dinner and breakfast but mostly item were not available during dinner and breakfast. 3. Very pathetic service during we request to serve lunch / dinner

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a working desk, and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport.

pros: location, rooms cons: service(casual service),not provided dental kit (we had to ask them), could not provide breakfast which was complementary at 7:30 in the morning even if they had said they would.Sevice is a little slow and casual which needs to be developed.

The commode in room no. 107 was small and wall mounted. Very uncomfortable for a 89 year person. Commode should be floor mounted. Alternate

This is the best hotel in haridwar, location, food are good, rooms are neat and clean, staff is very humble and gentle

1) over price fooding 2) the lift wasn't properly clean 3) had an argument upon the room key which was kept at reception for room cleaning but the hotel management was denying it. Later, after watching the cctv footage, the hotel staff admitted that they had the room key.

The stay at haridwar was excellent in le grand hotel. Hotel staff and room facilities are excellent. Le grand is like home away from native place. I with my wife enjoyed the stay. Good spacious place with parking facility and good restaurant also.

The hotel is a perfect place for family & couple. The behavior of staffs are excellent, they always help you. Rooms and washrooms are clean, hygienic and spacious. Food quality is very good. I highly recommend this hotel.
